On my back

Back injury, believe it to be a herniated disc, similar to last back injury in May when I got yanked back into the car when the seatbelt got hooked on my coat (I think it was May, need to confirm). At least this time I was doing something a lot more pleasurable when I tweaked it. 

Played The Show with Andrew online while the world slept. When DM got up, I brought up two of the three cabinet tops for the master bedroom, just the big middle one to go, but I’m out of cheesecloth and poly. DM’s gonna pick some up ‘cause sitting up straight causes me a world of hurt. Sanded the third top, ready for staining. I put my training plan together for PEI, it all hinges on being able to run a mile next week! Light stretching today x 2 – right hamstring is a real problem, can barely straighten that leg. Will keep at it. 

Andrew arrived at Noon. Got a first coat of stain on the third cabinet top, second coat tomorrow. Second stretching session showed marginal improvement – must commit to a daily stretching routine. 

Slice of toast for breakfast, pasta for lunch, Atlas for supper. Has to end at some point. Smaller is better than bigger – size does matter.
