It’s a lofty goal for sure, get in the best shape of my life by the age of 50 – that gives a little over two years to check this one off my list. I’m up for it. I’ve been in great shape before, but that was in my thirties, I will be in the best shape of my life by 50 – book it.
Getting in shape at 50 (or older) requires both cardiovascular and strength training exercise and a healthy diet – the latter being my greatest challenge.
