Weights

Did the runner's weight-training routine tonight, five exercises in total.  I think I might need some more dumbbells if this routine continues.

After coming out of "gym" I did some hip, hamstring and quad stretches.  My back is feeling better than it did a few weeks ago, no doubt about that, but I seem to have stalled over the last week or so.  My injury isn't keeping me from any parts of my exercise routine, but I'm hardly pain-free - not even close.
