Weights

Did a quick upper body weight training program tonight.  I had Andrew with me in the weight room, so that was kind of cool.  We worked our chests, arms and abs.  He seemed to enjoy working out like some of his favourite WWE stars and I think he could really take to weightlifting as he gets older.  For 10 years old, his form was pretty good and he was eager to learn and do the exercises - just have to keep it short and manageable to maintain his interest.  We'll see if he wants to go for another workout - that will be the real test.
